Is Telkom run by idiots?

Three days ago I bought a 40 Gig data bundle from Telkom via their website. Three days later, and they have not given me the data yet. I have spoken to their customer complaints department, I have been send back and forth between them and my bank. And the bank shows the money has been paid, it shows as a pending transaction on my account. The money has been paid, the bank says they just have to process the money on Telkom's side. So what the F must I do now? It is just a simple case of someone, going into their bank account or whatever they do, and allocate the money and release the data to my number. I can not even remotely imagine that this is such a massive problem. The only reason I can maybe think of is that someone has to be brain dead not to be able to do their job.
