IS TELKOM REALLY USELESS? HELLKOM???!!!

My wifi went down, the router stopped working. I phoned the call center only to be told to go to Telkom, I go to Telkom in Alberton city, the arrogant guy that works there doesn't come to help, he sends us to the Telkom express. We take a ticket, wait 40mins only to be told they cannot help us they only work with Mobile. I end up buying a new power supply out of my own pocket and the router comes on but no connection at all. It then takes me 65 minutes to get through to a call center agent. I log the request. I phone to follow up and they say technician Shaun was dispatched 9 o clock in the morning. NOBODY PHONES ME, NOBODY LETS ME KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. i phone again.......... to be told they don't have an update. DAY 3 OF NO SERVICE, I phone again, I'm irate, I cant work and its costing me ALOT OF MONEY to buy data all the time. YOU PEOPLE SHOULD TRAIN YOUR USELESS CALL CENTER STAFF TO BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF CORRECTING ME FOR SAYING "SPENDING A **** LOAD OF MONEY ON DATA ECT" HE SHOULD RATHER TRY AND HELP ME AND CALM ME DOWN BY GIVING ME ASSITANCE INSTEAD OF BEING ARROGANT AND THEN SILENT ON THE DAMN PHONE! DID TELKOM FIND THEIR STAFF FROM HOME AFFAIRS? BECAUSE ITS THE SAME TYPE OF SERVICE THAT YOU CAN EXPECT THERE! YOU PEOPLE ARE QUICK TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT BUT NOT QUICK TO FIX A PROBLEM WHEN I HAVE NO SERVICE!
