Is Telkom falling apart

<p>Has Telkom oustsourced its service centre? It really wasnt so bad a year ago. Altough I have escalted my query, I have still not spoken to anyone from Telkom. I keep get sms saying they are appointing a technician. Has Telkom lost all theor technicians or what has happened? They keep reffering to look at app which is not even able to link my account so this is worthless.!Fault 138CRK260217. T</p>
