Is Telkom closing down ? No Service!!!!

Perhaps Telkom recorded that my original complaint on Hello[eter has been attended to with a telephonic response. Refer to ********** 5 A phone call from Telkom asking if my landline is still down, does not"fix" my problem!!!!. No phone line since the 26th December. I'm still waiting for the promised illusive technician to phone me to "make an appointment" Why did Telkom operator bother to phone me on my cell and make empty promises. It is infuriating being fed a load of hog wash by Telkom.
