Is Telkom actually a business?

It's been more than 2 weeks since I logged a query with Telkom to change my number over to my contract. I've made phone call after phone call and heard promise after promise and none of those promises have been kept.

If you're reading this, you may be considering moving to Telkom. Don't do it. Even if your life depended on it, spare yourself the pain and misery. If it's not network issues then it's service issues. So in essence, each part of their business sucks. And it can only get worse.

Don't buy into a business that doesn't give even an ounce of consideration towards its customers. It's only when they lose all of them that they'll have miraculous excuses for why their business didn't work out and people lose their jobs.

All because they didn't listen to their staff or the customers.
