Is it time to take Telkom to court?

I have requested for my Telkom account to be completely closed on 7 December 2017. Apparantly only part of the account were closed. I have reported Telkom on this platform, had an email communication and nothing further. I am still billed by Telkom. Phonecalls, emails, going to the Telkom offices seems not to work at all so; I am awaiting for Telkom to Blacklist me so I can take them to court.
