Is it possible to Cancel you phone line?

<p>I emailed my cancellation request form ********** through to telkom on 26th Feb 2016 -to date this line has not been cancelled and account credited - I am concerned that this account will impact my credit score.</p> <p>I have called, emailed even facebooked message - but it is impossible to get an account cancelled - there is no-body you can speak to in the cancellations department.</p> <p>I think it is disgusting that can find someone quickly to chat if making a sales, but there is nobody you can speak to over the phone for cancellations.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
