Is it humanly possible to cancel a telkom account.?

I Too have been trying to cancel my telkom account now since May 2018.

I would seem that even when you send in their cancellation form, AND RECEIVE THEIR CONFIRMATION THAT THE SERVICE IS BEING CANCELLED, that this is still not enough, and that they still believe that they can blacklist you.

Even a google news feed article regarding the "telkom cancellation nightmares" with an email address suggesting that they can assist, has not helped.

Is it therefore humanly possible that telkom can or do cancel contracts.?
