Is data costs not suppose to decrease???

Please I need clarity. I am going to be with Telkom for almost 1 year and when the President announces lock down you people decrease the amounts of data for free me bundles but keep the price the same???? Above all you never change my Monice packages the one I have now is ridiculous. Less value for money!
