irritating and unproffesional

<p>Hallo peter</p> <p> </p> <p>Please tell me what must I do with these people,where can I go to get them to help me or refund me,i mean ive been struggling with these people from the 12th of july to instal my line everyday its a new story,i call them from.my cellohone they keep me on hold for a very long time,they say they get back to me when they have slved my query then they go dead on me, I hev to call them again wit my money....more expenses for me and ive jst started my little brokerage company...where do they think I get the money and time to run after them to deliver, no these people are in bridge of agreement...something must be done</p>
