Irritated Telkom is useless and is prolonging me from cancelling my contract with them

Telkom has given me so much hassles for the last few weeks, I've been calling asking for help from a supervisor no one has called me back,about 3-4weeks ago I spoke to a Telkom representative who told me in order for me to cancel one of my Data sim cards, I would need to pay r407+r199 and need to give 30days notice to cancel,I told her I would call back the next day to cancel . I called Telkom back a few days later and I was given a totally different story now. I was told I need to pay r807 for cancellation I asked if they could listen to the call and call me back nothing ,today I called again asking for a team leader to call me back I'm still waiting for Tsepho Mo***eng to call me back and he hasn't Thanks for nothing Confidence bdhele
