IRRITATED BY POOR SERVICE

I submitted a insurance claim to Telkom mobile issuance after my device was stole. I had a issuance with telkom for my Hawaii P40 lit. The claim was submitted on the 9 September 2024 Ref Number #‪***‬

I called telkom 2 weeks after the claim was submitted and they adviced me that it will take 21 days for the claim to be concluded . It a month gone and still no cirrispondance was received from telkom I called again and request to speak to a manger. They referred me to Manelo ref number #***. She promised to investigate the matter but to date she has not reverted back to me i called again on the 14 October and was told by the agent that my claim is with the underwriters

I am left with no other option but to contact your office as I have exhausted all avenues Please assist me in the above matter
