Irresponsible

In these difficult economic conditions we find ourselves, you still get companies like Telkom Mondo that debit accounts early before one gets paid and once it bounces then one's left with an account thats on minus R400. I asked more than once to be debited on the 1st but that seems to always fall on deaf ears. Times are hard and we're bread winners and can't afford such things now I must fund my account with R400 just we it's not on minus. Someone needs to take responsibility for this.
