Irregular Billing

I took an iphone from the Online sale and the phone was delivered late January if not in February this year. The billing department emailed me incorrect billing and I contacted them to fix it but no one helped. Again last month they sent another irregular billing not stipulated by the contract. I confronted them and I was sent from pillar to post matter was not resolved.
