Irrate????

I had airtime worth R150 and 3G of data. Yesterday night I got an sms telling me that I have less than R5. That time I made no calls. This morning I checked my data, only to find that it's only 972m. What level of mediocre is this. I tried to check if subscribed anywhere, which I'm not. Why I'm still loyal to this network, I really don't know. ******** of note these ones. By the way, they never ever reach out to grievances I've had before. I know they won't with this one either. Their call center customer service agent are rude on top of that. Telkom needs intense training on how to treat their customers. I want my data and airtime you *****s. ????? With all that's happening in the country at the moment, you just had to add more stress in my life. ??????
