Irrate customer

Since I took my phone to telkom in March before lock down to fix the screen it was just a crack and everytime I go to the branch or call their insurance company they always come up with excuses and I'm busy paying for the fone that I dont have for 4 months now and all I want is my phone back or to cancel the contract please help
