irratated client and getting disgusting service from Telkom customer service.

Good day my lines has been suspended for 2 to 3 months now for no reason and i have been calling telkom customer service speaking to different agents telling me different stories why are they not opening my lines as i dont owe them,every month my account has been debited but dont open my lines today i spoke to Clarence Madisa promised that its technical problem with account and agents i already spoke to they have been escalated this issue to incorrect departments
