Paid a deposit of R700 on the 26 June 2018 . Since then Telkom has cancelled my application 4 times. Every time I called was given a different story regarding my application. Was to call the account department which I have did and the did confirm my application , and was instructed by them to call sales and tell them that they can go ahead with my order which until this day was not done so. On every call I made to Telkom I requested to speak to management to my amazement there was never on available. Pls all I am asking for is this matter be escalated and resolved I desperately need my landline. So pls I will appreciate closure on this urgently. A very unhappy client
