IRATE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT

Been a customer with you guys for approximately 8 years, and y'all are disappointing me more and more. my account is up to date. Still, my services are suspended I dont care about new systems and system upgrades or any ****, escalated more than 7 times. Its only really been escalated thrice after many agent told me they were gonna escalate, like what the **** is you call center agents doing i want my services active or i will cancel my account with telkomas this has been back and forth for a whole weeek everytime i must wait for a turn around time all over cos no one is ***ken assisting you are getting very bad with your service telkom.
