IRATE

So this is officially my 4th complaint. Does Telkom not care what their customers say about them? I was told on the 25th July 2024 they will do a deduction of R500 due to their own incompetence. Today is the 28th July 2024 and no deduction was made. If I make this payment they will run a naedo and again it will reverse as there would not be money in my bank account. I am angry, frustrated . I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT
