Irate client

I took out a contract last year July and app**** for insurance for both the devices and I've sending emails to telkom to find out if they have insured both devices cos of the amount they are deducting and I have had no responses and I have never received any correspondence from u yet you good at deducting every month and even send reminders for that.... I'm going to take this to the media I'm tired
