Irate

Signal is utter bull****. client service is also utter bull****. it is appalling that the customer service center in store and call center do not coincide with one another. it is ridiculous that in 2019 in house agents do not have the same access as a call center agent. consultants do not explain anything clearly nor do they take responsibility for their actions. i have had to correct my contact details 6 ****ing times and due to that i am now in a-****ing-rears. please sort you ****ing **** out please. i am i-****ing-rate due to this continuous bad service and increasingly getting worse as the agents are not even educated on what the functions are of basic devices nor can they explain anything to me in proper correct detail, there always turns out to be some missing information or parts that are not explained.
