IPHONE X No Stock

On December 4th i went to upgrade at Telkom cradlestone mall. I ordered the Iphone x on this day and the manager told me that my phone would arrive by Friday the 8th December .However no phone call by Friday so on Monday they told me that it was with the courier enroute to the store on the Tuesday i went to the store and they told me that the courier van carrying my iphone was hijacked, which i think is a total hoax .It is now the 9th Jan a whole month later and they still do not have my phone and neither can they give me an estimate of when i will receive my phone . This is completely unacceptable that i have been **** to and been made wait so long for my phone .
