IPHONE X 256GB OUT OF STOCK - WAITING SINCE 29TH NOVEMBER 2017

Firstly I must say that taking out my Telkom contracts in-store have been a pleasant experience.

However taking out a contact online hasnt been as good.

I app**** online around the 29th of November 2017 for an Iphone X 256GB phone on FreeMe 1GB package. I got a call from an agent and was pre-approved. The first debit order went off my account to confirm my account detail.s I received an order number of CMV ********** 9001.

Since then I havent been able to get a clear answer from any Telkom representative as to when I will receive the phone or when they will receive stock. I've made calls to 10213 , Option 1, Option 1, Option 1..... I even tried Option 3 but non of the consultants have been able to help me.

In frustration I sent queries on Twitter... after a few replies of "escalation" I havent received any further info.
