iPhone contract with Telkom

I took a contract for an iPhone 6s and they had a promotion of 30GB for the first 3 months (which was gonna be 10GB each month) and I never recied any of that 30GB, I called the call center they said it's not in my contract and I went back to Telkom store (in Cape Town CBD where I took the contract) and the guy who assisted me was very rude and didn't event checked my profile he told me that it's not in my contract and there is nothing he can do.
