Last week Friday did an application for I-phone 6s in rose gold and a 5GB router however after a week of being told my application has been sent for credit vetting was advised that I will be getting my handset yesterday which did not happen after this morning being Friday I’m told there is not stock yet this item Is still on the website and this week there is a new deal ie the beats headphone+iphone 6s

1. Help me understand why your credit Vetting takes more than a week applying for a car does not take this long! 2. why are you advertising something you do not have stock of which is re-advertised again this week.

so here I have been caught in marketer’s trap it is according to my understanding that marketing tactics such as sales and promotions to get customers through the door. but if you arrive, only to be told they’ve run out of the advertised stock, I grounds for a complaint.

Under the CPA, retailers must ensure that they have sufficient stock to meet reasonably anticipated demand for any products that are promoted or advertised. “If a company advertises goods at a specific price and runs out of stock, they can be held liable for ‘baiting’ consumers, Furthermore, if the consumer can show this, they have grounds for complaint or can demand goods of a comparable quality and value. Moving forward I will be sending a complaint to the CGSO see I do not mind putting in the work.
