iPhone 5S sent for repairs
I took my iPhone to Telkom in Kollonade on the 16th of April for repairs because the screen stopped working. At first the salesperson told me that they are offline and can't book my phone in. When I started to get impatient, he called the manager and suddenly they were online and my phone was booked in. After a while I received the sms notifying me that my phone was being sent back to the store fro repairs and will be ready for collection in 4 working days. I waited the 4 working days, maybe even longer, and when I went to the store my phone wasn't there, and one of the staff members gave me the wrong phone (an iPhone 4). After that I visited the store again, and the manager told me that my phone was sent to the wrong store, but he has arranged for my phone to be sent back to Kollonade and that I can collect it early this week. When I went to the store again yesterday (Thursday), my phone was still not there and the salesperson that assisted me couldn't trace my phone, and the repairs department also didn't know where my phone is. The store manager was nowhere to be found and I left the store empty handed and disappointed once again and it's been 2 months.
