Iphone 5s delivered and paying for it with out requesting it.

<p>Hi ,</p> <p>On the 19 January 2017 i received and sms with a Case number ********** 1 informing me my case is resolved which is trange cause i havent been reinbursed for the payment i was debited for and Telkom still havent collectted their unused Iphone 5s. I phone for updates with no avail .</p> <p>looks like customer service and speedy query resolution is not big deal for Telkom.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hi,</p> <p>This Query has been going on for long at this point i have received numerous rererence numbers that mean nothing as you cant locate any update with .I have no other alternative but took seek resolution with the Ombudsman for telecommunication .</p> <p> </p> <p>I took up the Telkom Iphone 5s deal for R299 in July phone was delivered no problems . Last month i took up their Home wifi deal of 25gigs for R299 , i got an sms for the delvery within 7days . I received a Iphone 5s with a sim card in my box and not the home router i was exspected to receive, i called last friday and to tell them they need to pick up the phone and deliver my router nothing happened. i called 3times this month to the call centre and was told they gonna fix it and a manager was gonna call its another week and nothing happed. </p> <p>its 3 Months now an i have been debited for a device that a never requested and i have not been reimbursed ,im still being billed for a mobile i never requested and i still have the mobile with me and Lethu one of the team leaders arranges collection and reversals and stil nothing happens.</p> <p>Poor service.</p>
