iPhone 4s Repair

Has been in Repairs since June with the TRJ number 006805, they then gave us a different TRJ number in November stating the phone will be sent to repairs again. New TRJ number 009360. No resolution of this since then. I have been sending e-mails to Geneve and still no resolution. She kept saying she will feedback but Never called instead when I call the store they never answer. I then send e-mails for an update. We have been paying for the phone while its in repairs but not able to use the device though we paying.. So ****ed off, honestly.<br> <br>
