Iphone 13 pro max dilemma

I placed an order of iPhone 13 pro max with the branch last year October and I was told there is no stock. Till today, no update. then I went and app**** online last week and the order was placed. today when I called, the agent told me that my last week order was cancelled due to no stock however, he confirmed that there is granite iPhone 13 pro max and I asked him to put down 2 phone for delivery to my address on 36 months. My phone cut off when we were finalizing the last order, then I called to check if 2 phones order where captured correct all to find out they canceled again and apparently there is no stock. All I want is two iPhone 13 pro max and is it difficult? ID#***. I will appreciate if someone can get me this phone ASAP
