Iphone 13 deliver delay ***

I'm so unhappy with telkom services, I made an application for IPhone 13 early this month and I got approved, I called to ask why is my phone nit delivered as per agreement that it is upto 14 days. Mind you this application was initially from March and their sale consultant I called for the first time said we should cancel the application and start afresh. I have been waiting over a month, no communication from their to let me know what is delaying my application. All they say whey I call is, one of their consultant will be in contact.

So not happy, my phone broke down in March and I'm still waiting on Telkom to delivere.
