iPhone 12 order at Telkom

I have had the worst experience with Telkom, on 8 September I requested a call back from their website, got a response on 11 September and placed an order for an IPhone 12. I received no communication from them for over 2 weeks and on 28 September I enquired by email and telephonically and only then they told me that they didn’t have stock of the device and that they would communicate with me further. No communication was made until I enquired again telephonically and by email on 6 October where I was advised to restart the process at a nearby store.
