IP Voice Service over Fixed-LTE

Telkom advertises their IP Voice Service on their website, which is free for customers who are already using Telkom broadband services. On the website it clearly states that the service can be used over a Fibre line OR a LTE line. I tried applying for an IP Voice through a Fixed-LTE (Smartbroadband wireless) service which we already have. I followed up on my initial application 9 times over a 4 week period. I finally chose to move my services to Switch Telecom. The issue with Telkom (which no one could tell me for 4 weeks) is that they are advertising a service on their website which their technical systems do not support. You cannot get an IP Voice Service over an Fixed-LTE line with Telkom. And not because it is not physically possible, but only because their systems don't allow the order processor to capture the application. Absolutely horrible service from Telkom.
