I recently took up the fiber contract with Telkom which the process wasn't pleasant. One of those mobile sale consultant by the name Thabiso Sejake based in the Hartbee****rt area. He did care about the after sale as once we signed we struggled to get our devices connected. Eventually once it was connected, a month later we were told that we are sharing our profile with someone else which created an issue of always be disconnected for hours or even a day sometimes. When I took out this contract i was told the contract is for 12month at a month payment of R588.75 and 3 months later I'm told that the price has increased and it was increased for everyone including new client regardless when you took up the contract. I honestly feel betrayed and ****** by Telkom. In the last 5 months dealing with Telkom haven't had peace with them and the answers I get is that it there is nothing they do about it. I will not recommend Telkom to anyone!
