Involuntary cancellation of ADSL

On the 10th July, Telkom smsed me about fibre. I wasn't interested and didn't respond. Last Thursday an agent called to say they were coming to install. I said I wasn't interested and wanted to stay on ADSL. On Friday last week, my ADSL was cut off. I have been on the phone everyday since Friday trying to get my ADSL line back so I can move to a more reliable ISP. I have been passed from department to department, had the call dropped, and been given no less than 6 reference numbers. Most of these numbers are fibre query reference numbers. I DO NOT WANT FIBRE. STOP TRYING TO FORCE ME TO USE FIBRE!
