Invoking my rights as per our contract

Without prejudice, with my rights strictly reserved.<br> <br> SM192364 has reference.<br> <br> Dear Telkom<br> <br> You have had ample time to investigate the matter at hand and I have given you ample time to come back to me and have followed up several times with your call desk. You have chosen to ignore me.<br> <br> As specified during the contract we entered into on 5 February 2016, the new contract was only valid on the provision Telkom made that I would be given the option to be relieved from my previous data contract on accepting the new (more expensive) one. As I have communicated with Telkom many times in the past indicating that I choose to do so.<br> <br> Your failure to communicate with me means the last meaningful communication being between us was the contract we entered into on the 5th of February 2016. The provisions of this contract will now be implemented - accordingly any debit order made that reflects an amount for two data contracts will be reversed immediately. I would be happy to pay the correctly invoiced amount into any bank account of Telkom's choosing.<br> <br> I trust the above will be in order and that you will acknowledge receipt by responding on this message.<br> <br> <br> Regard
