Invoices of an expired contract

I had a laptop contract with Telkom which I finished paying a year ago. I went to one of their stores to inform them that I no longer want to continue since I am done with my two years contract and I was given a form and was told to complete it motivating why I no longer wish to continue with them and then email it to their head office then they will decide whether to grant my wish or not. Then I went back to another store and I was told the same thing, so I decided to reverse their debit orders even after that no one saw it fit to cancel the contract. I mean with other retailers like mtn and cell C you either call or go to their stores to cancel you don't motivate and email and wait. Telkom is just playing ******* nje so disappointed in you that you force people into things to make money.Shame on you
