Invoiced every month and I have no Telkom line!!!!!!

I’m billed for an account I don’t have. Have called them multiple times and I still get invoices every month. Found out this morning that it appears on my ITC!!! No one follows up on my query! I get told someone from the accounts department will call me but no one has ever called me!!!
