Invoiced but no contract any more.

I am try to cancel my internet service with telkom. The service is moved to Vodacom, but Telkom still bill me every month for internet that is not active. Every month i phone cancelation then they say it is cancaled and they will give credit. Never in my live will i done bussines with Telkom again.
