Invoice *******

Telkom has been ********* and unprofessional I have to make 20 calls to be assisted. Today I was on a line for like 30min but I could not speak to someone from the billing . My invoice is incorrect and yet they have been doing the same thing . Agents from Telkom just closes phone when I call and so ********* of that. We are paying our money but the service is very bad and the brand seems to not care about us not at all. I didn’t know I was dealing with a company that is so ********* like this . The service is Extremely BAD. Please get back to me ***😡😡😡😡😡
