invoice for something that i did not use

Good Day<br> <br> Ref no:***9<br> i do not know if i have bad lucky with telkom or what. now i have receive a billing account that i owe telkom for January 2016 but my contract was terminated on the 7 January after i have complain. since a log a call never receive a call from them telling me how far with the process or are they going to closed my complain. now they expect me to pay something that i never use. i remember they offer me free data bundle i refuse it cause i knew in the long run will find myself paying it.. funny enough i never give them a problem when paying every month but now just get a bad service. they want to my credit record to be bad for someone who didn't do the job.
