Invoice for a cancelled deal

I wanted to take a computer package with a wifi router. After the deal was finalized the shop provided me with computer with a usb modem with i didnt want. The consultant assured me that the deal would be cancelled. This is my 3rd hello peter complaint. I never proceeded with the deal and never took the computer out of the shop yet i am beign billed for it. I also went to the shop numerous times to have the storh sorted out to no avail. I am regretting i even considered taking a prosuct with telkom for the *********** staff and support people.
