Invoice errors

Telkom has been deducting money from my account every month however they send me an invoice stating that I am 2 months in arears, whereas they take the funds via debit order every month. Trying to sort this thing out with their customer service department and app has proved to be a fruitless exercise as I am sending from one pillar to the next.
