Invoice dispute

I took a contract that would roughly charge me less than a thousand and in the past few months I’ve been paying double because of some “incurred data” I mean who authorized it and why am I paying so much for a meaningless 1G I’m so annoyed I want to pay off and close their contract and I will never ever use it nor recommend it to anyone
