Invoice amount due

<p>Just received my invoice and since I started querying the sms'e I received that my account will suspended no one can give me a proper answer, only response i get is they will follow up and get back to me, still waiting for the feedback. Firstly I am still waiting for my debit order to go off and secondly invoice amount due is incorrect. Can a properly trained person get back to me???? Paying for a service and it just impossible to get customer service????</p>
