Invoice after being cancelled for 2years

We have got rid of Telkom two years ago. We had a credit for R161.35 for the past two years and i have been trying to get a credit back from them with no luck. Today we get an invoice saying we owe R393.25 as we have been charged R554.60 for subscriptions we have no clue about.
