Investigation promise that never happened

I have issues with LTE service as there is no coverage in ,my area (I have complained about this on more than one occasion) . I posted a review and was send a private response via email by Yazied (social media) to say that it would be investigated but no one has come back to me yet, What a surprise! Clearly Telkom does not give a **** about there customers. ****ty service!
