Investigate since November 2022

I top up R70 from my spend limit in October 2022 and request in November 2022 to cancel the and consultant tell me they will canceled it but it will go through for November 2022 so I said fine but every month since that call the R70 appears again and again but im fed up to call in and ask them about the R70 cancelation which never disappeared. I requested for spend limit to be canceled case number ***8 where they will investigate my cases
