Invalid/******* judgment lodged by Telkom left me homeless

I canceled my contract with Telkom on 5 September 2017. My contract was expiring the following month. I was told at their V&A stall that a consultant would contact me with regards to any outstanding payment. No one has contacted me to date! On 1 February 2018, I pulled my credit score for an accommodation application and to my utter dismay, there appeared to be a judgment loaded against my name by Telkom. Hastily, I contacted the call centre to enquire about the judgement. The consultant confirmed that this was an error and she had sent it for investigation. Today is the 22nd February 2018 and no one has attended to my query at Telkom. I am left homeless as I cannot apply for accommodation, because of a judgment I do not know much about and seemingly Telkom either.
