Invalid Mobile Contact

I have been trying to get hold of Telkom Mobile for more than a moth now with no success after having been told that my mobile data service is a 24 months while I have signed up fo month to month. I have logged requests on their website/APP for them to contact me and no reply. Call their cancellations department and promised to call me with proof of contract and they never call back. Attempted 10213 number and there is no option for talking to customer services agen. May I please get help.
